Earn yourself that great big kiss. Send your loved one a bouquet of her favourite flowers today, be they roses, tulips, lilies or even something more exotic like sunflowers.

In this day and age, even if you’re overworked and too busy to pick up the flowers by yourself, even if your loved one is herself working till late late late, there are plenty of online flower stores that will, for a modest fee, deliver the bouquet to her, with a discreet little tag bearing your special little personal message to her.

Pay a little more and you might get a barbershop quartet thrown in, or even a violinist, if she’s more into classical music.

And you can bet she’ll be smliling for the rest of the day.

Assuming, of course, that you’re of legal drinking age, and you can’t really afford diamonds or a box of Godiva pralines.
Champagne
Well, nothing says love quite like a fountain of champagne, spilling over into a swimming pool of Moet’s or Veuve Clicquot’s finest.

Truly a fantasy, is it not? If you didn’t drop dead drunk from the alcohol fumes.

So, if there’s a special occasion that you’ve forgotten, and you’ve got to pick something up quick, make sure you get

Smile. Laugh. Get a bouquet of flowers at the local florist. Or a bunch of wildflowers from the park. Whichever suits your style better.

A chocolate milkshake. Made with low-fat chocolate milk if appropriate.

A romantic candle-lit dinner. A lunchtime picnic in the park. Breakfast in bed.

A diamond ring. A pearl necklace. A crystal tiara.

A box of chocolate pralines. It doesn’t get better than this.

Here, we argue that fidelity and love are indisputably linked, and that fidelity is a choice, and not merely the absence of infidelity. Read more here -> http://www.loveherald.com/?page_id=10

Paris Eiffel Tower

Paris is undoubtedly one of the most visited cities in the world, and also one of the most romantic. Why ? As always, how it creates that romantic ambience is difficult o explain, but we try.

Firstly, the French culture. Call it chivalry or chauvinism, it involves tipping your hat at a beautiful lady, holding the door for her, holding the chair for her. It’s all in making her feel important.

Secondly, immaculate appearance. The French, especially the Parisiennes, do make every effort to look spectacular and perfectly groomed, with not a single hair out of place. When people look that good, it’s hard not to admire.

Then there’s the food. Paris has a dearth of Michelin starred restaurants, and any chef worth his salt will be able to tell you, food must be prepared just so, to an exacting degree. With the attention that goes into the preparation, it’s no surprise the food looks and tastes that good. And when food tastes that good, and the dessert that sweet, it does set the mood for romance.

Then there’s the Seine. The river that runs through Paris, along which every visitor must take a boat ride, and have dinner beside, if only just to admire Paris skyline by night.

Then there’s the fabulous french wines, whether you prefer a chardonnay, a bordeaux, a merlot, or even my favourite riesling, there’s good wines a-plenty. And wine is as good as any other for getting her into the mood. Dom Perignon has never failed yet.

So if you’re really looking to splash out on a romantic holiday, bring her to the Paris Ritz, dinner at Alain Ducasse’s flagship restaurant along the Champs Elysee, and while you’re at it, have a 4 carat sapphire-cut platinum set diamond ready in your pocket, for you don’t know where the mood will take you.

Touch is key to every loving and romantic relationship. Touch builds bonds, trust and melts differences and barriers. Learn to touch each other. Start by holding hands, holding each other in a hug, a kiss, even a gentle massage at the end of the day to ease the stress and tension of the day. When you don’t know what to say, just hold each other’s hands and hug each other close and things will be all right.

Love is all around. It’s a simple statement that’s true, and a tagline that was stolen as Hugh Grant’s latest movie that also featured the beautiful Keira Knightley. Love comes in many different forms and types, from romantic love to parental love, and even in a platonic friendship. True love is always irrational and unconditional and it springs forth eternal from the bosom, and arises from the heart, never from the brain.

Show your love today by calling your special someone at lunchtime with 3 simple words. Choose the words yourself. From “I need you” to something cryptic like “Meet me tonight” or “Trust no one .. except me”. It’ll give him or her something to think about and let them remember how much they care for you.

Show your concern daily. When you wake up in the morning, remember why you fell into this romantic relationship, and make the decision to love your wife or girlfriend. It is an emotional decision, not just a pit to fall into. Show your love with beautiful flowers, a bouquet of tulips or champagne roses say it best.
